If you sit a lot, like I do (for most of the day), you can really build up tensions in your back and neck. The day's stress and other negatives, combined with your own posture can really leave your body tense and sore. Getting good rest and a recommended 7-9 hours of sleep are essential to good health. It's important to maximize the time that you have for rest and sleep. This is the time when your body has a chance to heal itself from the various stresses and strains of the previous day.
